RETURN POLICY
We have a "no questions asked return & refund policy" which entitles all our customers to return the product at the time of delivery if, due to any reason, they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back and issue a refund as soon as possible.
Additionally, we will also accept returns and offer a refund if there is any problem or defect with the product received. You can raise a complaint with us if you face any such issues.
The timeline to raise a complaint depends on the product category:
Consumable Perishables – Meats, seafood, frozen food, fruits & vegetables, dairy items including milk, eggs, bread, etc. (1 day); Consumable Non-perishables – groceries and related items (3 days); General Merchandise – electronics, home furnishings, fashion items, etc. (5 days); Freebie missing issues (3 days); Entire wrong order or MDND cases (5 days); Other issues such as insects, fungus, foreign materials, expired products, etc. (no restriction).
To complete your return, we require the PAN/VAT bill that was sent along with the order.
